The following community leaders and organizations endorsed the Ariza Bellevue project:

• Metro Nashville Planning, Parks, NDOT and other staff recommend approval on March 9, 2923;
• District 35 Councilmember Rosenberg and District 22 Councilmember Hausser, the home district and adjoining district councilmembers, recommend approval of the project on March 9, 2023;
• Metro Nashville Planning Commission unanimously recommends approval the project on June 6, 2023;
• Metro Nashville City Council Planning and Zoning Committee unanimously recommends approval of the project on July 17, 2023; and,
• Metro Nashville City Council approves the rezoning of the project on July 18, 2023 with an overwhelming majority: 28 members voting in favor and 3 opposed.

We have immediately begun detailed engineering, design and approvals to proceed with the project.
